Ocea Waves is one of my main OCs. She is a very kindhearted and sweet girl but can get extremely stubborn. She has amnesia, meaning she cannot remember anything before being found washed up on a beach by Shinji (my main OC), and so her main goal is find out who she really is and hopefully get her memories back.
When it comes to powers and abilities she has Soul Gear in the form of a shortsword with a water attribute, giving her many water based abilities. She is also half sea dragon (which she doesn't know for a while cause of the amnesia) and is able to switch between her human form and dragon hybrid form at will (the image is her in her hybrid form). Her dragon form gives her greatly increased strength and agility, aswell as the ability to fly and use a condensed water vapor breath attack.
