Another character I made in 2021 that I’ve been revisiting quite a bit. Like Victor, he’s gone through a few changes, though not to the same extent as Victor. I also forgot to mention a fact on his bio, which I decided to add to this incarnation of the character. The fact is ‘Oliver wears his sleeves unevenly because his right arm gets hotter quicker than his left’.
