Back in his dear old prime, Cesil was a soldier sent down to earth by God himself to help preserve the people of Gecile from those from Arkine who worshiped the devil. He was the driving source of Gecile's troops and as a soldier, he did not let down his comrades. Something in this may be different than the other pictures I've drawn of him but please know that it was 100% on purpose though, its not time yet to discuss it.
