Ok so I'm going to change Bio here if you guys don't mind...
Perlis is first identify brother to Kedah. Kedah and Perlis live next to each other on they can help when ever enemies attack. After England found Kedah's island, he send Pulau Pinang {Penang} to protect the island with another British armies from enemies attack. Kedah became a caretaker to Penang as sister. Perlis and Penang got along with each other.
Humans name for The statues:
Kedah name => Azura
Perlis name => Zakaria
Penang name=> Noah
{ P.s Penang and Perlis is actually really old now but looks young because they're statues}
