Whoops-- minor edit, I saved with a layer turned off OwO;;;
Alrighty, once again, this is a submission for the Pastel Sketch contest.
Over in a certain discord server, the character drawn, whom I'd created with no name, nor background whatsoever, had gained a name and a... rival? XD So now let's call her Nea from Neapolitan (that came from Neopolitan ice cream and I want ice cream :Q___)
