This is Wenston the Nimbolus(A spirit-like creature often only having 2 arms and no legs.Regardless of their spiritual traits,They originate only from the border of Limbo.This makes them more like living beings than spiritual ones,who are departing spirits stuck directly in Limbo.)He had taken shadow pills.They cause his nose and mouth to bleed,an addiction to them,and makes his skin fade into smoke.At least,that's what he sees in his halucinations.
