In this drawing, the reason why Night has half of her face covered in that purple mask is because the mask symbolizes her Fallen Grace form which is why she has her wings. But I just added the purple mask just to show what parts of her Fallen Grace form looks like. If you guys are wondering what a Fallen Grace is, then I will tell you. They are hybrids between a Guardian and another species.
