The is Dylan! They've been around here before, currently looking for dirt on anyone he sees fit to be apart of his new theory about...idk medibang spies hidden in your phonecards sounds like something he'd say.
He was a fnaf fan character made 6-7 years ago and through the years has taken on a sort of wild conspiracy theorist spooky personality. Btw his role in my old fnaf stuff was a phoneguy if anyone is curious.
Also that's all paper notes falling out of the bag, he's wild but he isn't exactly dangerous. He is mostly used to he/him but it can be noted Dylan uses all pronouns cus "gender is a construct made by the government to sell more bathrooms and blind us to the Mars people" also Dylan doesn't have time to keep track of gender anyway as she's too busy hunting UFOs and previous workmates for info.
