and there are no dead for all the people there.

Even you keep trying to commit suicide,you still can't end your life that easily.

If anyone who hurts themselves so bad will be sent to the hospital and be treated by them exclusive doctor.

And also, there aren't any law in the underground city.

Though it is called“undergournd city”,but actually, It's the name of the world. In there have many different citys with different systems.
(Yes,some of them can only be called a city,not a country.)
