If you have seen this image https://medibang.com/picture/sj1606151834232340000085740 This is her nega side (aka evil side/Negative) who is working to ruin life for ''Crystal'' just for fun and hopes for her death in the end.
However she does not want to do ruining herself using her own hands.( what I mean here is that Nega crystal does not want to like do it herself... she could do it herself but she enjoys watching other people/robots to do it. But when it comes to the end when they fail she will go and do it herself, as her temper gets the best of her at times) When she is not doing anything bad she is with Genesis as his side partner and help out in the lab.
She also have a bad temper and when she does not get attention from Genesis. But people on the ship talk about the dark rumors on why Nega crystal is so negative to others and ice cold. That someone made her lose the child of her life and at one point she lost her best friend (beside Genesis)... her name was Emiko.
