I am pretty proud of this especially the creative liberties i took with the design (:
You see i am an action artist(?), so i tend to design characters whose outfits are both appealing and functional(to a degree).
First off having 21 belts on a design will without a doubt make the design a pain to draw. Same with patterns.
Anyways with the design I altered it a bit so its like, hey that’s different but it’s still Diluc in his alt outfit.
The most noticeable change is the red stripes on his legs. With Diluc having a super detailed jacket it make him feel a bit to heavy and its hard to see what his legs are doing because of the gradients on the coattails. I also tried my best to keep the color pallet simple, two blacks, 4 reds, and silver. I even had to change up my way of shading(because of the 7 different gradients) so the shadows and highlights are a bit messy.
