I tried several brushes on a white layer. I used three colors. I will put them in order and how it is modified.
Pen [with pencil pressure intensity]
Pencil [with pressure intensity, pressure opacity, Fade In / Out]
Acrylic [with pressure intensity, pressure opacity. Opacity from 13 to 50%, activate the "rotation according to the stroke" AND the "apply color in the foreground"]
Watercolor (rectangular stroke) [with pressure intensity, pressure opacity, brush spread at 5, activate "Rotation according to stroke", opacity between 10 to 100%]

Brush (ink) 3 [with pressure intensity, number of lines 3, changing opacity, opacity from 30 to 100%]
Watercolor (aqueous) [with pressure intensity, pressure opacity, smooth edge, ease of mixing colors at 50, color loading at 30, opacity at 20 to 60%]
Pen (ink) [with pressure intensity, Fade In / Out]
To modify, just select them and next a gear wheel will appear, enter there.
