Ever since birth, Nate's left eye was the rose of calamity. A legendary rose of deity tears and blood that causes tragedy, chaos, and death wherever it resides. He covers it with his bandage, however, to stop the effects. He vowed to never use the power of the rose of calamity after his parents die because of it. As well as using the Rose's power brings upon him excruciating pain, and awakens his tail's true deadly potential.
