Where an apprentice sorcerer who escaped from his village after being razed by an enemy tribe accidentally meets an exile seeking a cure for his curse that turns him into a bear until he's bathed in the light of the Aurora Borealis, and that they must necessarily learn to work and live together as they are constantly attacked by the dangers of the wastelands of the Frozen North

[It's a little bit inspired by the Brother Bear movie, at least in the part about Rub's curse]
