It's that feeling of inadequacy that fuels the anxiety.
The comparison game. Everyone has played it at least, once in their life.
By scrolling through the feeds of the crazy riches, measuring their success by likes and reblogs, comparing themselves to their colleagues/friends who seems to have it all, etc etc, they have entered this game.
Once you're addicted to it, it'll slowly chip away your sense of self worth and self-esteem. Oh yeah by the way, I still do it. I feel like I've lost 80% of my self esteem, I don't really believe in myself anymore.
So yeah, don't play this game excessively. It's a bad game.
