...Drake and I didn't get along at first, he usually just sat outside my cell and left once Gigaboss called him to do a job. I was only given food once a day, and it wasn't a lot. One day, he didn't come at all, and I didn't want to admit I was a bit worried about what had happened to him. The next day, he came back looking all beat up, and I noticed he'd hurt his shoulder but was trying to hide it. I had smuggled my bag in with me when the Deleters captured me, and I had some bandages and medicinal herbs in it. I really didn't want to use them up; my supplies were very limited. But deep down, I really wanted to help him, even though he was the enemy. After all, he wasn't that much older than me and seemed like he carried a heavy burden. I finally convinced him to let me put the herbs on his wound and bandage it. After that, he continued to ignore me, but when I woke up the next morning, he had gone, but had left an extra helping of food for me. To be continued...
