The cream of the island, Sri Lanka. Buffalo Curd (MeeKiri) goes well with palm treacle (Kithul Pani). It's distinctive in it's sour, creamy taste and packed in a clay-pot (mati hatti).
We often offer it as a traditional welcoming dessert to foreigners and locals alike during various occasions.
