Born in 1813 and quickly orphaned Owen in Liverpool he lived his childhood on the streets, he became a entrepreneur in manufacturing, his business turned towards machinery but people turned his survaces down constantly (causing his suave and calculating demeanor in the future), one day he discovered electricity which lef his company(now branded Techna corp) to develop much more advanced machines, Owen advanced his world past the modern era but hated it as it only respected him when he had something to offer, Owen eventually came across a piece of architecture depicting the 3 primary Gods becoming currios of it and developing P.U.C.C.A.D.S, his robot, to further research it after death, One day in an attack he lost his face and several months after, age 29, he died. He left his world after. Eventually he ended up on celestial,he whent to uni and was recognized by Mortem who signed a deal with Owen in order to have his weapons used in his military in exchange for investment in Techna
