Remember! Just Monika! Monika, and Monika only!
I tied the little red strings around where something significant happened to each of the girls. Like how Yuri stabbed her abdomen and chest, I, sloppily, drew the strings there! For Natsuki, her neck breaks (I decided not to do the eye/mouth glitch) so I went for the string around her neck, and if you look, her neck is tearing like a stuffed toy being torn in two, as you'd imagine, this is for when she snaps her neck during act 2. Sayori is simpler to explain, she hung herself in act 1. So I made her limp(-ish) with the string also around the neck. Cool, ya? ^^
