Balune is a goofy and clumsy robot. He was made for theme park and used as an attraction, also being used to help out any kid who has lost their parents.
The creator of balune, tasked with making a revolutonary attraction for one of the best parks in the world, knew he had to make something that could do anything, of course a robot would be the best option. Unfortunately a robot would just be kind of akward, so he just tied a balloon to it. The only problem being is that kids would freak out if Balune's head popped, so he installed a gas tank and many spare balloon head on him.
Today he is the most cherished "toy" by the kids in his park.
