This artwork is inspired by a black cat as a main character, which is associated with witchy theme, mystery, superstition, spiritual term, and so on. In this title, I interpret a black cat as animal spirit and turn black cat spirit to a human form, yet still leave some parts of her face as a face and ears of a black cat originally.
I created the environment of a dark place where only candle light makes her visible, which conveys mystical appearance of the character and leaves some questions to those who see her about her true self.
Her dress is also decorated with the element of crescent moon representing mystery, femininity, and intuition same as cats.
