Believe it or not, this is accurate.
I actually spent several hours comparing Dio's part 1, 3, and 6 designs to Rikiel to be sure...
While most think Giorno and Donatello are the only ones with any resemblance, they're not.
Rikiel has almost the EXACT same face, right down to the bone structure. So, I took that one image of Dio in part 1 and redid it exactly (without background), but as Rikiel.
