Anyway this is Esmé :D
She's also from the original sketch page, there's one more core character from it that could be made.
When I first started designing her she was a guy but I changed her to a woman and decided to make her canonically trans. I thought the little flag on her bag was cute.
I imagine Smiley travels around with her whenever they run into each other. Like they help each other hand out their respective balloons, Smiley probably helps her hand out packages and mail to help out, stuff like that.
