This is one of my OCs, his name is Polaris (yes, based off of the star Polaris) He is one of three mythical beings and is leader of said group. as soon as I heard "The Old Man of the Mountain" by Cab Calloway, I thought of this character. Though, I would consider him to be the one singing the song rather than being the old man of the mountain. I like to think he does become the old man at the end of the song though. I do want to start a comic in the future with characters from this universe, but I'm scared that I won't have the motivation to do so.
