Lest We Forget...
For those who are not Australian, or are from New Zealand, ANZAC day is a day to commemerate any soldiers who fought for either countries. I believe out of my knowledge that this also mainly commemerates the effort in Gallipoli and to remember the soldiers who fought for us. Poppies grew on the battle fields which I believe is why they use poppies as a main emblem.
Also for those who do not know what this is:
•Happy ANZAC day is considered a rude term... So I'd just say Lest We Forget (Or find something else to say owo)
•Both New Zealand and Australia are in the rememberence.
•Yes, Aboriginals were sent to Gallipoli, I believe...
Thank you everyone for the support!! And apologies that I didn't do a joke owo
