not much to say here. His name is Serendibite, he's a half StarWing half Crystal GlassWing, and also the father of Garnet. worked for the Blood Queen, went utterly nuts, and was locked away in the GlassWing dungeons.
Those chicken wing looking things? His wings were deformed. Not only did he not grow regular wings at all, he grew parts of what would be a normal Dragon's 3rd pair.
