Victoria Warrenton was only two when her parents died in a shipwreck at sea. She was taken into a family living deep in the woods in a log cabin. After several weeks, she discovered that her adoptive mother and sister were witches. She tried to run away many times, only to fail every time. As a child, Victoria was told tales about witches and thought that witches were evil and they captured and ate small children. Her mother proved it wrong to her and Victoria carried on the tradition. One day, she discovered a book containing powerful spells and tested out one of the spells. It almost took out the whole forest she lived in, but she was saved by her mother. As it turned out, she had unleashed dark magic, which was forbidden to be used by anyone practicing magic. She was cursed, spreading death to people whenever they touched her or even looked at her. Her mother wrapped her in bandages to seal it off, and she hasn't taken them off since. This is just an OC of mine, so yeah.
