Daji, who is considered a classic example of how a beautiful femme fatale can cause the downfall of a dynasty in Chinese culture, but she is actually a female general and helped her husband, King Zhou of the Shang Dynasty, in battle.
This drawing is inspired by an exhibition about Daji which organised by the Museum of the Institute of History and Philology in Taiwan.
