Yes uh, sorry for not posting :')
I had sum restrictions for the time being
Ok here are some things I would like to point out
Yes, his cloak is made of comet dust of some sort
and the star in his eye only prevents the leak slightly
however, it doesn't affect the hand leaks at all

it suits him, lol
I tried being as creative as I could with this design, and it took me about 3 days to finalise it-
I'm sorry if I was overboard with what his design comes with, feel free to discard anything about it 😔✊
