New WoF character I made. She’s a Sky/night and distantly icewing. She likes to paint landscapes and explore. Cloudpainter has the teardrop scale that nightwing mind readers gain, though her ability isn’t strong. In her mind it just appears to be faint whispering, unaware that she’s listening to other’s minds. Being a young dragonet, sometimes hearing concerning “whispers” scares her, which is why Cloudpainter draws to comfort herself.
