This is HP, a Sans that almost died during the genocide battle, but Frisk sacrificed her self to save him by giving her soul to him.
he's a very awkward and caring for others, he can heal the person or monster that's injured or hurt.
part of Frisk is still in him since she's permanently fused with him.
