This is my second favorite food in the world and can be found at my home town Lucena City in the Philippines
Chami is one of the best food in Lucena and here we have a festival called Pahiyas festival where you can see a lot of chami I'm not kidding.
chami is made with Miki noodles prawn cabbage carrots chicken and my mom usually puts oyster sauce and I served with calamansi
this used to be my dad's favorite because it was also quite spicy
