For a while now, I had been wanting to establish how the villains of my original story looked- as I had been mindlessly clicking on items and such on MediBang Paint, I noticed that the June Art Competition was still up, so I figured "Why not kill two birds with one stone?" and drew her. I did the outline on paper, and the ocean and sky was from a photo I found on Google since I'm not yet good at drawing ocean and sky landscapes yet, just so you're aware. Hope you folks enjoy the first public image of one of my main villains :)
