Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is characterized by difficulty falling and/or staying asleep. People with insomnia have one or more of the following symptoms:
Difficulty falling asleep
Waking up often during the night and having trouble going back to sleep
Waking up too early in the morning
Feeling tired upon waking
Many people suffer from it and it can be a real stuggle tgat affects peoples lives severly.
I am making thsi series " Disorders" or personality disorders to make awarness of some disorders that affect others lives.
I kniw that INSOMNIA isnt a personalit disorder, but i wanted to add it to the list because it is very common and it is often lokked over by many people.
