Smol Rio!!
This is the design I used for the books day commemoration drawing, it's so small and silly!!
The style itself is based of some series I've watched (mainly the Fairly Odd parents and Dexter's Lab) which have this sort of chibi characters that makes them look appealable to the eye, however the main inspiration is an artist online that has this thumbnail character at the bottom of their page that looked silly, that is Honeymoss at a site called Scheezy Art.
The initial idea for creating this cheeb was that I didn't had a way of portraying myself, I knew I didn't want a sophisticated design, I wanted a more sketchy and dumb looking thing that I could draw fast but still have a charm to it, sort of how the mangaka of Kimetsu no Yaiba portrays herself, like a tiny crocodile. I had the design wearing a mask and clothes that simulate Lucario's design, having a light blue jacket, yellow shirt, blue pants and tall black boots, so the last thing I did was translate that.
