I feel like I need to talk about this awesome woman.
Rum or not Rum, but I like her! She needs more appreciation. She is beauty, she is grace, she'll beat you with a broom if you ever touch Detective Boys.
We lost our clumsy boy Eisuke, but now Rumi appeared with her clumsiness (that actually has a purpose... It's funny, but as my sister said: "It's just how Conan looks like when giving hints on the crime scenes").
I feel like, she really is Rum, even though her name is too obvious (you can't blame her for that, Vermouth's name was Vineyard). I just can't imagine another secret police organisation that she could be from (maybe she's also from MI6). X)
