This is a local dessert from Hong Kong, called Hong Kong French Toast (西多士). People can find this cuisine from Hong Kong local restaurants (茶餐廳). I choose draw Hong Kong French Toast because I think it can represent Hong Kong unique culture and history background. Hong Kong was British colony, therefore, the Western culture has a great influence on Hong Kong. However, French Toast is not a French cuisine, it can neither be found in France or Europe. This is a unique cuisine developed in Hong Kong and influenced by the Western culture.
The background of this illustration are some common Hong Kong street signs and electronic banners, this also represented Hong Kong unique culture.
