This festival happens every year on 5th of October, it celebrates the birth of a hero that happened 200 years ago who saved the country. They celebrate this festival by lighting a fire around a temporary house at 10 pm but the festival starts from 7pm so that people can enjoy the shows and foods.It is called a Dreamy Festival because the peaceful state that the country is in right now only used to be a hope and dream for the people not long ago.
