Prosperity Toss (or Lou Sang) is a Chinese cultural activity in Malaysia.
On the seventh day of Chinese New Year (Human's Day), some ingredients like raw fish, a variety of vegetables, sauces, etc., will be prepared on a big plate, then everyone stands up, holds a pair of chopsticks and mix them together while saying some good words. It's believed that the higher you toss, the better fortune you'll have.
