So this was an unfinished artwork Oct 27 so I decided to finished this at school from last week or last 2 weeks

So this is my oc do you still remember him from my old artsyle that's a bit cringe XD

So I try to shade the lighting position and the glowing lights the glowing blue and red lights it's the light from the police car lol and oh I try procreate for the first time yesterday I use my big cousin's ipad and it's a bit hard to use bcs I'm a beginner from procreate but I will stick with ibispaintx for a while
