One thing I miss about anime nowadays is how so much of it looks the same. I don't think that has to do with working in digital, more it has to be streamlined. The more detailed or diverse styles in the 80s and 90s have stuck with me, Darkside Blues being one such.
This is an Inktober directly referenced from the anime. The manga isn't in English to read, sadly.
