In these occasions, I don't want to do anything but lie down, generally that makes me feel even worse because I didn't do any of the things I was supposed to.
It was only recently that I learned, regardless of my feelings, I can get up and do it.
You'd be surprised if I tell you most of the time that makes me feel better and gives me strength to go on with my day. It's something like:
"I could do that, so I might as well finish that too."
When I least expect it I'm at the end of the day, now rather proud of myself.
Don't let your feelings control you, they're quite the backstabbers. The same feeling who told you to laze around and do nothing, later will guilt trip you for it.
