✨️Magical girl outfit✨️
I tried to base some of its elements off of the original outfit while being as creative as possible. I also based this look of of classic magical girl outfit tropes such as a billion frills, color pallet that matches their civilian form, hair getting 100x bigger etc. I included a non-shaded, soft shaded, and hard shaded version if that's any help. Thank for hosting this contest, I had fun coming up with ideas! And trust me there were a lot before I got to this....
