Her name is Hunter and she from boruto. Hunter is a tough strong and scary girl that you don't want to mess with she has the ten tail she was born with it and her past is very dark explain it. As a kid Hunter was bullied a lot because of what she was everyone was afraid of her the only family she had was her mother but one day it was on her birthday she was turning six but one of the girls really did piss her off and she didn't have the seal either so her ten tail came out and destroyed everything. Her mother tries to get her away and the ten-tails stabbed her kind of like Naruto's parents death but different when she saw her mother died she got so mad her eyes turn red even without the 10 tail she was still strong and grab the ten tail pulling it back she sealed up her own 10 tail after it was over her mom for last dying wish told her to go to Hidden leaf it's different from her Village.
