CHISSY MOUSEFORD – Chissy is a smart, sneaky and suave escape artist, she is also a MISTRESS OF DISGUISES as well. In the day, she is a part-time librarian and a former coffee shop barista at Wa-COD-Yah-Pe Break, a coffee shop. She was the first rodent before Jackie hired as the ‘inside rat’ for the Vineyard authorities to keep tabs on the Ratdriguez mob.
