Here's the second OC fanart for the lovely PokemonLombax's OC, Alex!
I really liked how bright the OG oc was so I tried keeping that in my fanart of him :D
I also just- idk why- made him into a pokemon trainer for some reason- I thought it would be a cute and a nice homage to the creator :'D
