A rumor of certain individuals who appear to carry childish and worn out stuffed toys started asking of missing or run away children. At a glance, the public seemed to think they were just kids playing dress up and asking people silly things, like those of the local detective's. And yet no one seemed to know who they belonged to or where they came from just before they slip through the streets. What's bizzare was that they appear to move about witb some type of agenda and that they wore coverings and masks with stitchings that looked like uniforms almost when they were seen together.
