Tried an underwater theme because ive been looking at so many references and tutorials lately! I dont think ive done much better than the next guy who'd try to do this blindfolded, but i think its ok! hardly know how lighting works but i tried to get a glowing effect from the bottom of the screen. Barely worked as you can see, but it looks nice! Especially proud of the bubbles, koi fish, and cirno's hair :D
