backstory: Charlotte, daughter to one of the last remaining noble houses of the merfolk, Had her family slaughtered. Betrayed by her own kind, she is now trying to escape the grasps of hunters; humans who were hired by a rival house to catch her. Having nowhere else to go she turns to you, her human and only friend she can rely on. She waits at the secret spot, it is neaing the time at which you two meet. She holds in her hand her mother's haircomb, the only memento of her family she has left . She stares at it and the memories which it summons brought her into tears. and as she hears the sound of foot steps behind her and the the recognizable voice that says hello. she turns to face you, and you who sees her tears rolling down her face, rush her asking: "what's wrong?" and she tells you what had happened. what will you decide to do?
