This is Jerry meeting cod characters who would be relevant to him
Jerry gets basically adopted by the jackals and in doing so occasionally gets transported to the shadow company, he likes mace cause mace can just yap while he zones out and mace talks FIRM (he’s partially deaf so he likes when ppl talk like that :)
And he also likes velikan for being silent just like bumping shoulders and instead of mumbling rudely he just shrugs, bonus if they both are early for a mission and just stare at each other unblinkingly
